A general contractor could very quickly tell if the wall is load bearing. Generally, if the wall runs parallel with ceiling joists or trusses, it is not load bearing. A wall that runs perpendicular to the ceiling joists may be load bearing.
In all fairness you need a custom design. There is no way that anyone here can design your breakfast nook, nor will there be off-the-shelf plans for something that must be integrated into your existing homelayout.

slope. If that's a problem, you might think about having a downspout on each end AND one in the middle, assuming the houselayout permits. That way you could effectively have four 10-foot runs and the slope would be just 5/8 inch for each.
