Reviewing the Architect's Home Plans
computer-generated transcript - may not be 100% accurate
" One thing that we like about the architect's design is that it doesn't present a big full front to the street or to the driveway. You kind of see the shoulder of the house at the corner with all those window holes got in. Let me give you a better idea what this is gonna look like from the architect's plans here. The upper elevation up here is actually the side of the house, and in the corner over here where you see the 4 windows, that's the corner that we're looking at right behind me here. But then, we'll have the side entrance to the house with a little covered porch and in the back, a double garage with a big gable end over it, and these gable ends, I think this is one of the critical design features of the house. Having these gables ends which indicate that it's an old style farmhouse. Big gable end on the front, which you can see in the lower elevation and also lots and lots of windows so that we can take advantage of these views."
