" This is how big volume in here deck I mean looking at the outside of the little -- you expect to come in so low ceilinged little room. Well we took advantage of the of the slope of of the cape roof. And to open it up and give it some volume because the house is larger than you might expect with a library and the master suite over here and the family country kitchen and the utility space mudroom. Over the -- and then two bedrooms each with their own bath upstairs OK and then of course we have the great room this past. It is it's 28 by 3428. By 34 by what's the what's been the size and -- little fashioned Cape Cod yeah that would have been the size I don't -- okay. And then not a complete country kitchen off in that direction. With a screen porch yeah very nice. Now when it when you get into building something like this. The key is the aesthetics and the proportion that's correct and then move the working these trusses are working to hold the frame together that this is a stick built house. And so there are a total of what five of these. Trusses that are then dressed out and painted so that they're part of the decor and I love that gable end with the that was -- that was and it's -- country and we and redesigning it. And came up with a balcony going over and that while we can price -- opportunity to look at what really makes it. Active yeah it does make a difference and also it it's got different areas right right and and and that's the way -- whom has to be. Has to be -- particulate. We don't have a dining room that was the idea here. To to have an all in one room -- the place gets used right so that you got your formal dining area got formal seating areas and of course it's a great chimney that you put in over there well this was. Together a nice a stone chimney but one that wasn't overpowering. Some from flat face granite. And and then framed in so that it doesn't have. The overpowering weight of so they don't you've surrounded it by a section of plaster right. And that's what you mean by framing it and -- and then and then the the wooden mantel. And faux painted to match."
