" Well true colonial would have always had nice shutters at the windows Indian shutters and they were for protection from the weather not to mention attacks. But the ones that we have here are about as authentic as it gets they're made out of southern yellow pine which is kiln dried and pressure treated. And they are beautifully crafted by our friends down at withers industries in South Carolina we've done lots with their products before ironic about. You've already got a couple of your pencils -- there this -- and closer look at those weren ever in my pocket here. Now all this is hand forged hardware. Which is going to last for many many decades to come. And it's this called a pencil and basically it's like lag bolt that goes right in and and a tennis the strap hangs on the you have -- yeah. To try to make sure -- have got solid blocking back here that's with that's pretty crucial lot of and that. Just a matter -- pilot hole and screwing it and she'll be -- right stools. He ran -- into the dash dash. Right -- up about five eighths of an inch from the casing OK I've really grab the ladder and I'll get the top. I'll lift this up. Now this is been painted with one of our new colors of the Bob Vila signature collection. Which is actually. Called Charles green. And it reads very very black which I think looks very nice with the buff color and the white trim. Now what about keeping these in place we're putting at my dog right now to -- dogs. And they go up about a foot from the bottom itself you're chemists and -- already ago would keep them -- twelve and three quarters up."
