Well good but it looks like somebody's been sand blasting in that building right that's -- they were here last week and they sandblasted all the pilings and all the interior bricks so this is the second floor this is the second floor will be an apartment on the side of our Florida fourth floor apartment right. And let's take a look at what the proposed layout is here so coming up from the central staircase. We get into the middle of the apartment there and I think as we mentioned each of the units in the bill is going to have a separate layout yet but for this particular when you're coming in. In the middle here you're going to a large living room fourteen by 23 you -- into a Galley kitchen here. Come out you've got a bathroom. And two bedrooms each with its own pretty large closets and yes licences and lots of big closets closets you have plenty of life. When big window in each of the bedrooms and we have also got that third window which we reclaimed after the elevator shaft and fabulous OK good plan."
