" We just and that snuck down into the fifth floor which is the identical exact. Mirror image of our allot space upstairs. But. Here this a couple of different twists that I wanted to show you. The the the space that we're in right now it will be the living area dining area right over here they're going to add a wet bar here. They're not going to do was sleeping area like we're doing because well the the couple that have partners have three kids. And in order really make this fly they've also -- the joint union and granite peak at what they're doing. This quadrant and here becomes their kitchen and it'll be closed in with the counter all the way across and all the way across here. Which have stainless steel -- and I believe -- and they're planning on mahogany floors so it sounds like pretty. Sleek. Design language. Then over here this is there entrance just like -- above. Where we're planning on doing an angled closet wall they've created a closet area. That kind of echoes these columns that are throughout the space think they did the same treatment in drywall and plaster. And obviously they maximize storage by. Taking advantage of the full height that we have here almost twelve feet and putting additional storage up above this was the as as a sediment of this was the entrance and this is a bathroom. And this would have been a blank wall except that now we're joining space that -- And what they've done is they've created a secondary bathroom. With a shower. Laundry area big enough to have side by side equipment instead of the stacked. Units and then this would have been or is that the second entry to the unit. Off. And so they created a nice square room here that would be like family room the TV room and then we're talking little kids bedrooms with the window."

" Another -- dormitory room here. Which is long and narrow -- to windows -- at the southwest corner so it gets life. And look at this I mean everybody gets their own closet in here with additional space above. And the ceilings really come up nicely throughout this loss since then in here. You got a master bedroom. All told. I think they're going to be pretty comfortable having to get up. Good sized master bed with a very large walk in closet and I think a total of about 3200 square feet which is not back. Now there's another human wanted to -- yet it's right next door on the other side."

" This one's got the front door in place -- are fire rated doors but look at the uninteresting things in here. It's I mean it's all open plan again the kitchen cabinets are in place and they've put up partitions here fully square openings to separate the bedroom area. And it is probably fifteen by twelve or fourteen. A whole wall storage space again to fit this out closets and additional stored there and stacked laundry here. Big bathroom in there but these openings really give the space a lot of excitement and you can see that the contrast with the terracotta. It up in this in the structural ceiling assuming they're gonna put -- clear frosted glass in there but. This back section then creates well another Stewart's public creates a space could be ideal for home office you know you can have a long. Long desk surface here bookstores. And one of the key things that this particular laughter really underscores his location within a building begin were on the south side of the building we've got lots of windows and we got lots of sunlight coming I've been in some of the various lost in the lower floors where.
