" Well -- city in recovery where or under our own refurbishment like like you're doing your TV series home again -- you build back houses we need to do that to a large city. We'll break we're bringing it back in everything from an infrastructure to our stairs to maintain any old architecture in the sense of history and a very big old city. That is coming on line that you've got that but you've also got a very diverse population don't you yes we're very proud of that again where the fourth largest city in the state to 1000 people. We've become a magnet for many many ethnic groups and makes us a very rich city. Because we share each other's culture background and we celebrate with each other on various occasions throughout the year. We're working together to bring our city back."
" Sure and -- and of course you've got the richness of this Hudson river location. Any plans for. Riverfront development this whole area we're standing -- Bob is being refurbished with a housing and recreational activities and marina and want people down here to enjoy that beautiful assets that god has given us with our sunset palisades.
