Installing the Baseboards

Bob Ryley is on site with Bob to provide some insight into the unique baseboards being installed on the first and second floors of the Executive Mansion. The moldings and baseboards are exact replicas of the original profile. Originally they would have been planed out by hand as one finished piece.

Porch Trim

The architect's design for the back porch called for some beefed up columns to complement the large overhang. To accomplish this Bob and Ryley built out 6x6 columns with 3/4" stock and 1 1/2" pine 1x8s and trimmed the top and base.
