studies that say vented spaces add up to much more moisture. I would really apprciate an opinion on this. I am looking at Smartvent, which says it only brings in air when it is dryer than the air in the crawlspace. So, it only runs when it is beneficial
problem than any solution. Avoid vented crawlspaces whenever possible and even further avoid 'gimmick' products like your SMARTVENT at all times. Think nothing other than a closed. conditioned, unvented crawlspace...and you will increase your home
