spackled the seams and sand them smooth(so what I thought). Now after the prime and two coats of paint, I can still the spackle outlines. I dont know what to do at this point? Another problem encountered was some places the paper bubbled.
defect....... Is the paint just showing a difference in shade and tone....... OR is the real problem the spackle has left a visible "hump" or "ring-around-the-patch" or maybe a too smooth slick of plaster.... For seamless
Yes , you can. Just lightly sand the area, to try to get a better finish, then apply spackle over the rougher area to smooth it out. May take 1 or 2 coats, put it on thin each time. Sand down after each applicaton
